why you should ALWAYS tw your tweets with food / mentions of it : a thread
okay first of all let& #39;s go over how to properly tw your tweets

tw https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="❌" title="Kreuzzeichen" aria-label="Emoji: Kreuzzeichen">
tw trigger|tr*gger https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="❌" title="Kreuzzeichen" aria-label="Emoji: Kreuzzeichen">
tw//trigger|tr*gger https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="❌" title="Kreuzzeichen" aria-label="Emoji: Kreuzzeichen">
tw // tr*gger https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="❌" title="Kreuzzeichen" aria-label="Emoji: Kreuzzeichen">
tw // trigger https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="✅" title="Fettes weißes HĂ€kchen" aria-label="Emoji: Fettes weißes HĂ€kchen">
okay now lets go over why you need to tw these kinds of tweets.
also, TW // eating disorders, food

so, putting tws on tweets with pics of food or mentions of it is very important. eating disorders are very common actually, you probably just don& #39;t realize it. people who have had eating disorders in the past might be recovered, but let me +
tell you something. eating disorders are not something you fully recover from - this is coming from someone who has had anorexia and has released multiple times. i am still affected by certain thoughts that come with an eating disorder. i literally can& #39;t look at food the way +
i used to before i developed anorexia. i still count calories and am very strict with myself because eating disorders really fuck with your head. they& #39;re not something to joke about or use as an aesthetic too btw. so, when it comes to tweets with food, sometimes certain foods +
can be attached to specific memories. i have this with certain foods and objects - if i see them, it brings back floods of memories that i hate. a food like that might be in that tweet you have in the drafts without a tw. if there isn& #39;t a tw, someone might see that tweet +
and similar to ptsd, could be easily brought back to a horrible place because of that tweet :(( now i only talked about anorexia, becasue it& #39;s the only disorder i& #39;ve ever dealt with, and i hope the last. what i mentioned though, can go just the same for someone with +
a binge eating disorder, bulimia, etc.

so please, please tw your tweets with pictures of food or mentions of food. eating disorders are truly awful and i would not ever wish one on my worst enemy. i& #39;ve relapsed bc of a tweet with a picture of a food that is a trigger to me, +
and it& #39;s awful. also, tws can literally save someone& #39;s life because if you didn& #39;t know, eating disorders are the deadliest mental disorders

so again, PLEASE TW YOUR TWEETS WITH PICTURES OF FOOD OR MENTIONS OF IT
i hope you learned something. i hope you found something you can use to link to people who don& #39;t tw tweets with food in them so they can learn.
anyway, have a good day/night/whatever https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💖" title="Funkelndes Herz" aria-label="Emoji: Funkelndes Herz">
i didn& #39;t expect this to get attention like this wow https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😳" title="Errötetes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Errötetes Gesicht"> um but i also want to say, please put tw for things like fasting, calories, body image, etc since those things closely coincide with eating disorders and food in general
i& #39;m glad i was able to bring some attention to something through my own experiences with an eating disorder even if it is kind of a hard thing to talk about for me, so thank you for reading this thread
okay i need to mute this since i just woke up and my phone is like breaking from the notifications, if you need to ask a question about anything, please dm me, my dms are open to everyone
also, i just saw a dm that made me realize i should have mentioned earlier that i do NOT speak on behalf of all people who have struggled with anorexia. i am only one person. from what i have seen and heard from others here on twt that have struggled with an eating disorder +
of some sort is that most need these tws. im sorry if it came off like i was speaking on behalf of everyone who has/had an ed. i& #39;m sorry
i& #39;d like to add this
also little fact for you: anorexia is the deadliest mental disorder. 5 in every 1000 people struggling with anorexia die becasue of it
