Im usually not a fan of running but i think ill cool things off by running tonight.
Update: it was great!
Ill probably try to fit that in my workout schedule more often.
Second day update:
Added another half K to my post workout humble cardio plan.

Iiiiiii like it.
Yesterday was off for my main workout so daughh wasn’t gna run!😂😂

Third day update:
Sticked with the same distance.
Increased the speed alittle.

Using this as my daily log. Ignore🌚or u could run with me😋🙇🏻‍♀️
4th day update:
I ran for my mind today.
Changed my speed patterns.
Hit 11 today.
Yoga was the cherry on top!🍒
5th day update:
Tried longer socks to reduce that blister thing on the back of my ankles. Starting to question if im wearing the right shoes.
Found out that id rather sprint more short distances than one long one!!
Slacked alittle☺️. Yaay😂💃🏻
Yesterday was off!
6th day update:
STAMINA! I see you.
Had to make up for the slack😂
Strong run.
The shoe trick worked not sure abt the band and airpod situation.
7th day update:
Dancing on the treadmill is how i start my run.
Today i maxed the speed on my machine (which is 12).
“HUMID”
Played new music!😎
I haven’t been updating this thread the last couple of days but i think it has served its purpose for me.
I have picked up running as a positive habit and i think i enjoy it🙈💃🏻.
I hope it inspired some of you to start running too😎.
