2/ Danchenko completed high school in Perm in 1996. FYI Perm is region which the Permian geological formation is name after. As seen below, D attended Perm State University so infill of Perm here is almost certain.

3/ high school details not infilled yet, but don't matter

4/ D went to Perm State University, worked after graduation with PermTex and UralSibSpetsStrov, including travel to Iran. Went to US as "facilitator" with Open World Program.

5/ in his CV, Danchenko lists "facilitator" with Open World Program.

6/ the affiliation is noted in 302.

7/ the matches go on and on. No doubt whatever.

8/ From D's CV, his degree in law from Perm State University and M.A. from University of Louisville - one of the 10-character universities listed a few days ago.

9/ then Danchenko took a second M.A. at Georgetown between 2006-2009.

Anyway, jumping to how Danchenko met Steele. My guess: first introduced in 2005 at end of tenure at Louisville by Paul Weber, a revered professor who died in 2005. Weber thanked in Gtown thesis. Infill not Hill since 4+1+5

11/ later, Steele began grooming Danchenko with a small assignment. For a "few hundred dollars" which Danchenko desperately needed.

12/ then in 2009 or 2010, while Danchenko was still employed at Brookings (Fiona Hill, Clifford Gaddy), Steele "brought [him] on board" with Orbis. Danchenko initially did small jobs.

13/ Steele did not bring Danchenko over to UK or introduce him to other Orbis employees. Nor did Steele explain who his end clients were.
