Whip 2eggs. Stir in: ½c sugar, 100gm butter, 2tbsp orange zest, 1c curd, 1c orange juice.
Sift 2c maida, 1tsp baking soda, 1tsp baking powder, ½tsp cinnamon powder, ½tsp nutmeg powder.
Blend all.
Layer batter in baking dish, add orange pods, then more batter. Bake @ 200C/45 min.
Marinate squid with garlic powder, lemon pepper, parsley, sage. Sauté thin-sliced spring onions & fresh garlic in lots of butter.
Add squid. Stir-fry, not too long, or squid will get rubbery.
Eat with pseudo-garlic-bread (sliced bread pan-toasted with butter & garlic powder).
Spinach & corn rice.
Lightly fry cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, bay leaf. Add finely-chopped onions. Stir & sim till onions brown. Add corn. Stir & sim couple of minutes. Add rough-chopped spinach. Stir & sim. Add rice. Stir a bit. Transfer all to cooker with water.
Duck, four ways. (Poached, roasted, in a curry, fried.) Zoom lens not included.
Coconut pancakes. (Rice flour + shredded coconut + jaggery + water.)

Healthyish crepes. One vaati jowar flour, one vaati bajra flour, two over-ripe bananas, two eggs. Mix all, then add enough water to make a runny batter. Cook on low heat, or will burn. Also, don't go over the size of a quarter-plate, or they become too unwieldy to flip.
Fry bacon chunks. Remove bacon. In the fat, fry chopped onions, tomatoes. Add rajma you've soaked, drained & cooked earlier. Add back the bacon. Add a little water. Simmer with lid closed.
Eat with red rice and steamed veegtables.
Saute chopped garlic in olive oil & white butter. Add prawns. As soon as prawns start to curl & lose translucence, flip them. Add fresh orange juice, with pulp. (Taste the OJ; if not sweet, add some honey.) Simmer a few minutes. Add bit of corn flour if want a thicker gravy.
(Slightly more complex version: marinate the prawns in mix of soya sauce, salt, pepper, OJ, honey, herbs.)
