No one has a mobile phone from one country but lives in another.

No one is unemployed.
Humans have exactly 2 names.
No one has two names at the same time.
Everyone has exactly one smart phone. It's on and connected all the time. It's number never changes.
No one ever loses their smart phone, laptop, or desktop.
No one ever changes their gender.
Everyone's anatomy is predictable from their listed gender.
No one lives in a place where saying something could be dangerous.
No one needs to conceal their gender or name.
No one is hated just for who they are.
No one has a real investment in any of their accounts.

Every country issues ID, which every person has. Obtaining ID is never problematic.
Everyone is on a fast internet, reliable internet connection and physically able to type fairly fast. It's ok to put time limits on interaction.
