This thread is dedicated to my First full SOLO rewatch of MLP:FiM, I’m basically just going to live tweet my stupid jokes while I watch an episode as review the episode !!

INTRO

This is going to be my first full rewatch on my own! I had just watched it all in full with my lovey GF Gen for the first time!

I had originally watched the show when I was 12 in around early 2013, but I fell of the show in the middle of season 4 (2/?)

I really loved the rest of the show! And I wanted to really dig deep in because I loved it so much! So I decided I was gonna review all the episodes in order! And live tweet about them because I’m a dork and I like ponies uwu

As I watch more S1 episodes I start to remember why I’m not huge on S1, because it feels like a kids show, because thats what I’m watching! and that’s fine! But when I watch the later seasons I completely forget that this show is for little kids! It just feels more for everyone

God it really feels like they wanted to establish snips and snails as like, the comic relief or something early on but then dropped it. I’m glad they don’t show up much after S2 they are ugly and straight

Man, I really love how the mane 6 interact in this season, they really do feel like they just became friends in comparison to the later seasons. I really forgot how they used to interact, it’s comforting

I have yet to mention that this is a Fluttershy episode, her first one, and it does a good job introducing her. Again, the main 6 all act so different later on in the show it’s wack seeing Fluttershy like this. I love her uwu

I know this is the RariJack episode, but I really like how this episode shows how socially awkward twilight is, she has never had the chance to have a sleep over before, and she’s so excited by the idea of that she shows rarity a book on it. Like, I love that.
