... and finds themselves in a supernatural/dystopian, additionally horrific circumstance, manages to fight and survive this story to the end, but it could be implied that their fight does not end. They must continue to combat 'real' and systemic monsters to ensure their survival.
ALL this to assert; there are multiple Black Final Girls in many variations of a horror film and they operate in many forms. This isn't a definitive list. With newer (and older) films forthcoming, we'll see much more of these kind of characters. At least, I hope.
