A black woman was minding her business on twitter last week. Like a whole week ago doing what people do on twitter and quote tweeted “almost all” of them are married to light skinned women on a list of rappers. She was referencing colorism as it relates to the industry.
Talib then did what he does and searches his name on twitter to find people to attack. Notice, the woman wasn’t the one who said his name. She never @‘d Kweli. She simply said “almost all.”
Now, a reasonable people with common sense (even one searching their name) would say “hey, if the tweet doesn’t apply, let it fly.” Because obviously Talib’s wife isn’t light skinned (makeup on some pics makes it look like she is but she is not.)
But as we have seen over the years, Talib is not a reasonable person. Whether or not he has common sense is still up for debate. So, he then began attacking Maya online sending his troll army (some he pays, some are his burner accounts, one he pays has many burner accounts).
His defense for this is “I’m protecting my wife and family.” “She is questioning the blackness of other black women.” Colorism has been a topic of discussion years before many of us were even born. See: Spike Lee’s Movie “School Daze” as a reference.
That makes the second statement on “questioning the blackness” of other black women including his wife null and void. Also his wife is not light skinned. Papoose is also on the list that Talib was not directly @‘d in the “almost all”. Remy Ma is a beautiful dark skinned woman.
Once he began his attack on Maya, he brought up this tweet that she previously wrote to discredit her concern about colorism. Cool. He asked a valid question if you’re confused on colorism and her stance on it.
However if you understand colorism, then see that she clearly did not talk poorly about dark skinned black men and she followed up (her tweets are private now so I can’t screenshot) at some point later with loving all shades of black men.
Talib who has stalked her timeline (which we know from him screenshotting things AFTER she blocked him) had to see that tweet. If he didn’t, it was pointed out to him millions of times. He’s not interested in that though. He’s interested in attempting to humiliate her.
At this point the conversation they were having was a normal everyday run of the mil twitter disagreement UNTIL Talib had Mary (his #1 fan iF it’s not actually him, and CEO of doxxing) doxx Maya and her parents.
Here are screenshots that other users added to the conversation to show Talib has admitted in supporting Mary’s doxxing and of her admitting to doing it.
Now, Talib says that Maya was never doxxed. However she was. And here is Mary saying someone was going to come see Maya after she doxxed her.
And then, one his fans (who has been reported and suspended) threatened or made a not so funny joke about Maya being sex trafficked after Mary found Maya and her parents personal information (which I will not repost hence why I am only showing proof they said they did it).
I have personally seen the pictures, names, salaries, job titles, and address that were posted. My word on this, Maya’s, + the 100s of other women’s words on this willl have to be enough alongside Mary’s own tweets saying she doxxes including the previous image specific to Maya.
This is when I entered the chat and tagged the FBI. Mary then hopped in my mentions threatening me with semi-correct personal info of me + someone I know. I will not repost. I’m sure you can find it in your own if you know how to look. That is when I tweeted this:
Doxxing is dangerous in general. But when someone like Talib who has a million followers who have become accustomed to knowing to go whatever page Mary has up that’s not suspended, and he RTs her from her doxxing page, then people are open to all sorts of offline danger.
Now that I’ve established that he is a doxxer. I was done tweeting him after I said what I said. He then began adding me to almost every tweet in his timeline, as he has been doing Maya. Cool. I had time for him because I can sort out the lies of a habitual liar with ease.
Talib is a habitual liar. You can speak a truth. He will deflect with buzz words and dog whistles such as “racists” “white boy” “Nazis” “trump supporters” etc. He adds people to other users tweets and his followers don’t even read where the tweet came from or the replies.
All of this that I am outlining is a very irresponsible use of the platform from a man who has branded himself as a righteous, pro-black, activist. Anyone who disagrees with him whether black or green is attacked and labeled as any one, two, or three of his buzz words.
He does this purposefully. If you study the art of war, then you know that it evokes an emotional response. This is a psychological warfare tactic. You know who also does this? President 45.
He RTs the same 10 accounts praising him (the ones on his payroll) to make it seem as he has support and then his actual followers chime in. This part is important because it is his tool of choice for targeted harrassment.
Maya blocked him like 10 days ago. By constantly adding her to tweets, after implementing the set up that I just laid out for you, he forces her to still see him tweeting @ her as her mentions are filled. That is targeted harrassment in every sense of the definition.
The moments where he‘s been silent online, guess what he was doing? Can you take a guess....

If you said creating other burners because all the ones he already has were blocked, so he could continue to talk to Maya, bingo! You’d be correct.
Im sure when he gets ahold of this thread he will say “you tagged the FBI on me” and spill his tears in my mentions. I did so because he had her doxxed. Also...
I’m sure he will keep saying “but she called me a rapist.” I never called him that. I simply questioned many times why he didn’t sue the “racist writer” and publication that posted the article about him being one that Maya brought up to show his pattern of abuse.
I also said that I am leaning towards believing it because of his long history and pattern of abuse specifically towards black women. Yet, I never actually called him one.

I also questioned why he has smoke for black women all the time but not racists and Nazis in real life.
He will also say “but she tagged my wife.” I let this man slide adding me to tweets I had nothing to do with and disrespecting me for days before I did in fact TODAY tag his wife to a couple of tweets. And that’s that on that.
