OH shit, I forgot too. Goombette in SMO has a similar skin tone and brushmarks similar to Goombella and Goombaria from Paper Mario TTYD and 64 respectively. A Red Chomp from TTYD and SPM also makes an appearance in Hyrule Warriors Legends and DE as a weapon upgrade to a chomp.

In 2015, 3 years AFTER Sticker Star, Nintendo released cards for Women& #39;s History Month. Surprisingly Bombette was actually acknowledged as one of them, given that she& #39;s a pretty obscure character who could& #39;ve easily been ignored in favor of say, Kersti.

involved with Yoshi& #39;s Crafted World as the Producer. There are types of Shy Guys wearing Jester outfits looking strikingly similar to Groove Guys from Paper Mario (64) especially the yellow bulb on the tip end of their hood. They are different enemies but seemed to be inspired.

Oh yeah! They acknowledged the Lava Piranha from the original Paper Mario also appears in Minecraft: Super Mario Bros. Edition for both the Switch and Wii U release, replacing the Wither! Not to mention it shoots fireballs which the Lava Piranha is a Fire Piranha Plants.
Well, the 35th Super Mario account finally acknowledge the game that started it all! Now just Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door has yet to get this treatment from this wonderful account!
