just did one work out of Sydney Cummings for 30 mins. Felt like fainting & vomiting and had to have a 3 times break in between for 2 minutes to catch a LOT of breath & some water. HITT workout youre really not joking with me huh zzZzZz
Or is it because the last work out i did was about more than 3 weeks ago? The pain ugh at least i woke up this morning by seeing 63 on that friggin digital scale
hope I'll get the friggin 59 before that appointment next month


2nd day of doing HITT & i did it with mom this time. Felt better than ysterday where i had to take two times of a much needed break. Today i managed to rest only once. Hope next time i wont need to catch too much breath anymore lol
Had a 1 hour of walking too & honestly it's so easy!!!! Like i finished 3 chapters of a fic while doing so
totally better than reading fics lying down. At least i managed to exert sweat for 1 hour & 30 minutes hshshshsh still 63 tho

3rd day of 30 minutes HITT workout & 1 hour of walking. Felt better & not as burned out as the last 2 days thank God. Only ate Samyang carbonara today coz theres no food at home TT___TT still 63 hiks
4th day of doing the same darn thing and finally i dont need permanent breaks anymore shshsh but i did shorten some of the exercises coz of my lack of breath but i think it was way better than previous days hiks. Scaled myself this morning & so close to 62 


Okie funniest thing ever,, i decided to make today my cheat day of not doing any workout & instead planned to just settle for 1 hour of walking instead coz my legs are fckng sore but then i think back since im planning to go out a lot tmr, i decided to get on my feet and start-
the bloody workout at 9:30pm :') & proceeded to do the 1 hour of walking & everything ended at 11pm 15 minutes ago :') gash what kind of last minute decision was that!!!??? Hshshsh anyways im already at 62!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAA anyways 5th day

yesterday aka 23rd july was my rest day wieeee
6th day of doing HITT & just 30 mins of walking coz im too lazy to do it for 1 hour TT___TT had a very terrible day yesterday (family issue + me being problematic) but yeah. Still 62!!!
So 7th day already & U KNOW WHAT??!! I WAS ACTUALLY 61 THIS MORNING & ON MY FCKNG CHEAT DAY!!!! like i cheated coz it's a friends day out and i only ate 1 bowl of spicy soup chicken ramen? & three plates of sushi & & at 7pm? I checked coz i was curious & im at FCKNG 63 AGAIN WTAF
And yeah i still did both HITT & one hour of walking huhu still sweating coz i was just done with it 18 mins ago shshsh

8th day & ugh ive been slumped the whole day ngl like im at my worst state. Only did HITT today coz im so done with today in general & it sucks more to see i was 63 this morning sighs still hope that I'll reach my desired target before August 11

9th day!!!!! Still 63!!!!!!! And idk whats wrong & what went wrong but i dont mind anymore!!! Hahahhaha just hope I'll be at least 60 before the appointment now. If i get lower than that, expect a GA or some sort from me pft n e waze did HITT & 1 hour lazy walk lol
10th day! Didnt check my scale for today coz idw to get a seizure hhh did HITT as usual & decided to add a new routine which is rope jumping!! 360 jumps in 15 mins & proceeded with 30 mins of jogging. i repeat, JOGGING. coz maybe all these while walking for 1 hour is a waste huhu
had to skip today's workout coz tmrs eid. Fasted too & 64 istg im starting to lose my whole head
hiks 11th day & instead of doing the usual routine, i played badminton for almost an hour instead w fam + extended fam for fun since we gathered tgt since morning for eid. sweated all the same so yey!!! but hm currently 65 tho lmaoooo planning to fast for a whole week next week
Didnt do any workout on Saturday & Sunday coz ate too much for the whole day coz of eid with fam and sibs & got terrible diarrhea for the whole day on Saturday too, went to the loo bout 8 times the fcking agony

Oso didnt do any workout ytd & today aka Mon & Tues coz i was lazy ytd & have a terrible headache today (i suspect it's coz i was under the sun TOO long while searching for the right building at the hosp) felt totally under the weather, felt like screaming every time i sujood

currently 64 in the mornings & 65 at night after eating in a day even if the food i consumed werent dat much & the doctors appt is on 11 Aug pls just stab my guts nxiwjzjjs cant believe i once hit 61 in this thread and now im at wherever i was originally after everything i did

hhh did HITT as usual & did rope jumping with 420 jumps under 30 mins & proceeded with 15 mins of jogging & 15 mins worth of self improvised workout lol 6 days more before my appointment day wieeeeee lets get it done with naq!

13th day! 63 this morning
did HITT & did rope jumping with 360 jumps under 15 mins & proceeded with 5 mins of jogging & 10 mins worth of self improvised workout lol shortened few stuffs today coz felt like vomiting coz i was too dumb to eat a meal 5 mins before workout pft
