This thread will eventually culminate in a happy birthday for @VakFrost, but I wanted to share some longer thoughts about one of my favorite human beings just generally, so bear with me.

I& #39;ve actually started and deleted this thread like 53 times already because I know it& #39;s on the side of "doing too much", but that& #39;s where you& #39;ll find me in the dictionary anyway.

It& #39;s really corny to say the internet can change your life, but in my college days - a time nearing a decade ago now - we wandered into each other on this hellscape and became friends.

My days have been made immeasurably better by having met Ethan.

He& #39;s one of the funniest dudes I& #39;ve ever had the fortune to know, and I lost long ago track of how many evenings I& #39;ve spent cackling away at him and @jtoyo562 and @dalmcm riffing in my headphones.

We were all lost in our early 20s when we met here.
