Louisville prosecutors will ask a judge this morning to send Katina Powell to prison for violating her probation in a felony case. She is currently on home incarceration after pleading guilty to a few misdemeanors in May.

Powell's attorney said she was picked up yesterday on a "technical violation" for not keeping her home incerceration battery charged.

The two sides have come to an agreement in the case but want to have Powell in court for the resolution.
So this is being postponed. Again.

August 14 is new date.
