If you are worried about what you are going to do next, particularly work-wise, this workshop is designed to help.

I can't tell you everything is going to be OK, but I can help you tap into your own resources & focus on you want next. A space to plan instead of reacting.
The next workshop is on 10th August. More info in the link at the start of this thread.

For those who struggling financially I'm offering a few free spaces to my online workshops. I know what it is like to have no money, it is important to not let financial anxiety crush us
A full day on Zoom may sound hellish, but I plan in plenty of breaks & have designed the session so that it is not overly dependent on charts, so you can keep your crank up the volume & minimise your screen time across the day.

Plus there is dancing...
It doesn't matter if you come from a corporate or creative background, work uncertainty is work uncertainty.

Sometimes we need to give ourselves time to acknowledge the uncertainty we are feeling, accept it is OK not to have all the answers & work out what we want to do next
and that is my ambition with my 'Leaning in to Uncertainty' workshops. To help people navigate the changing parameters they are operating in.

To take the time to develop new plans given the new situation without feeling everything is a painful compromise
It is astonishing how much your world can open up once you acknowledge your own capacity for resilience.

We are multi-faceted and pretty bloody amazing beings. Change may be inconvenient and painful, but we can take that change and turn it into something wonderful.
You just need to remember that the discomfort you are feeling is temporary. Acknowledging it and working with it is such an important first step in to learning to live with uncertainty.
And apologies for all the typos, I hadn't been planning to write a long thread. It has poured out because I I feel strongly about it.

Now fighting the urge to delete the most typo heavy tweets. Going to let this thread exist in full, even if it is riddled with errors
