Phoenix, my attorney will be sending you a cease and desist letter and I will be suing you for slander and defamation of character. Your attempt to damage me with blatant, harmful lies will have repercussions. I take this seriously for the sake and safety of my occupation.

For those who have personally been affected by this individual we implore you to reach out so that your statement may be added to this document. You can remain anonymous. We normally would not do this but it has gotten out of hand and we are tired of being silenced.

I was informed that Phoenix/@/strawberryjemma is planning on releasing a beware of their own concerning myself and others so far as to lie about abuse, manipulation, homophobia and transphobia. I ask that you don’t heed into their lies about all of us please. They fight dirty.

As you can see I’m still being deemed an ex and an abuser. Again, I would ask everyone to read the real victims’ statements. We literally had to archive chats because Phoenix is known for altering screenshots and directing things to their narrative.

Phoenix is going to claim that I’m their ex because THEY bought rings and collars and whatever have you. What they don’t realize or fail to address is that this was all their narrative pushed onto me. They knew full damn well I was in a relationship because they MET him.

And yeah, I know you’re reading this. Read the document and see I have revealed everything. You can’t scare me anymore. Don’t make yourself look any worse if that’s even possible right now.

To answer some DMs I have gotten (and yes I’ll be getting to them all) yes, we will be creating a GFM to help out @FruitPupArt/ @HighYote for the $3000 @/strawberryjemma scammed him out of. Jay is someone Phoenix deemed their “best friend” who has provided art for them for years.
