In a well-meaning attempt to fix my sleep schedule, I have accidentally turned it into chaos mode.
Couple days ago, I tried to reset it. Awake at 1PM one day, so stayed awake all night and didn& #39;t sleep until 3PM the next day. Awake at 7PM(intentional). Asleep at 5:30AM(not intentional). Awake at 4PM(eh). It is now 7:30AM and I am debating how to sleep next.
Do I sleep until noon and carry on until midnight-ish? Do I accept that it will be Friday night and I will do things with friends well past midnight? What is the plan, me.
I could just shove it all the way ahead and keep sleeping during more and more daylight hours until I& #39;ve wrapped it around to normal, rather than going for the & #39;pull it back& #39; angle. Seem to be pointed that direction already.
