This lack of education is unacceptable, especially considering how prevalent these incidents are. A recent EEOC study concluded that anywhere between 25 & 85 % of women have been the victim of harassment at work. Even at the lowest number, 25 per cent, this equates to 1 in 4!!!

The worst thing, men comment on behalf of women about issues of workplace harrasment. Only woman can understand how it is? & 95% women prefer to stay silent coz of fear of stigma & small talks of woman card.
