NORMALISE THESE RESPONSES:

It& #39;s okay if you find the mask uncomfortable over your mouth or nose, but you can& #39;t come into the shop without covering both.

It& #39;s okay if wearing a mask makes you feel a little claustrophobic, but you can& #39;t come into the shop without wearing one. 1/5
It& #39;s okay to find this new normal distressing. This is difficult and your emotions are okay! Masks in shops still aren& #39;t negotiable.

Retail staff are not here to risk their lives for your comfort. If you aren& #39;t comfortable wearing a mask, you can& #39;t be in a shop right now. 2/5

This thread is for the 5 folks so far who entered the shop not fully covering their face, who slipped their mask over their nose when asked, then moved it off again when they thought we weren& #39;t looking. REPEATEDLY. We are always looking and we are *delighted* to kick you out. 4/5
Please rest assured: even struggling as we currently are, we still aren& #39;t so interested in money to risk our LIVES for it.

Please RT and especially share with other business owners/your retail boss. The customer isn& #39;t always right: sometimes the customer is just an asshole. 5/5
