A new goal of mine is to achieve a Permaculture Design Certificate & establish a non-profit that specializes in educating urban families on how to sustainably grow their own food.

Saying this out loud is the start. Make it happen #PlantTheSeeds

Once this gets off the ground, I’d like to start another initiative where I establish a community garden and the members are required to grow a surplus of their crops that will be be donated to local food banks to feed those in need. We’re going to literally feed thy neighbor.

After that, I’d like to have a nursery run by volunteers who grow beautiful annual flowers which will be planted specifically in low-income and affordable housing neighborhoods. I hope that this will elevate the sense of pride and community, and great sense of well-being.
