My friend once again told me that he would begin to support the CAA once Ahmadi Muslims too are included in it.
Now let me evaluate why they have rightfully not been included
First and foremost , the genesis of India's Partition was on the basis of religion.

Pakistan was created neither specifically for shias, sunnis or any other islamic community but for the Muslims of the subcontinent irrelevant of their respective schools of thought and intra-religious adherence.

India isn't culpable for the anti- Ahmadiyya amendment of 1984 passed by Pakistan thereby criminalising ahmadis .
Moreover , if acceptance is an issue then what is the sole point of having 57 islamic countries with a very 'inclusive' islamic community.

Secondly , India is naturally indebted to the non-muslims of the states of Pakistan , Afghanistan and Bangladesh due to their vindictive ideological leanings.
It is India's responsibility to provide state sponsorship to these refugees.

The Lautenberg Spectre amendment is also a law in the USA on the similar lines according to which the minority Jews of Iran and the non-muslims of Afghanistan are provided fast track citizenship b and assimilation.

The law in Israel states that all the Jews on the planet are naturally Israeli Citizens.

But when it comes to India and its own religions , the ones born out of this land, everybody refutes acknowledgement and bats an eye.

They are culpable for the killings of a million non-muslims during the partition.
