First lets go back to his May 21st visit to the Ford company where it was demanded that he wear a mask and he refused, or actually did, but took it off in view of THE PRESS. He emphasized that he didn't want to give them the satisfaction of seeing him wear it.
So then WHY on JULY 11, did he and his posse intentionally wore masks in full view of THE PRESS. His statement from Ford stuck with me. Well, I found some COINCIDENCES that appear that he specifically chose this hospital on this specific date.
Lets look at who else has been at THIS hospital ...

He was forced to resign, was ridiculed and hounded by the PRESS, fabricated and horrible stories printed across the nation. Was made out to be mentally unstable in a national smear campaign. Then a psych evaluation at WALTER REED, where he "jumped" from a 16 story window....
Forrestal was standing between the CIA and the increase of power that would allow Operation Mockingbird to take flight... Essentially Forrestal's death was the birth of the Mockingbird.
