It’s ok not to be ok at the moment. This year has put monumental pressure on just about everyone and constantly battling such uncertainty is very tiring and worrying. Personally, I’ve experienced waves of bad anxiety.
In recent weeks...
... it’s been so bad that I started to worry I’m placing myself at higher risk of postnatal depression when my baby arrives in 4 months. Things feel very out of control and we’re working hard to try and focus on the things we can control.
But of course it’s not always that simple. If you’re feeling helpless and overwhelmed you’re not alone. I’m sure that there is updated information since this article came out, please do comment if there are more ways to access mental health...
