An oft-cited source on the side of returning to school ASAP, the American Academy of Pediatrics clarified its previous statements on back to school in an open letter to key Congressional leaders. The letter urged the feds to provide the funding needed to safely return to school.
“This should happen with careful measures to keep students, teachers, and staff safe, and with flexibility to adapt as needed to the community's prevalence of Covid-19."
