This is a thread about staff in discord servers and why they should be treated better.

First of all, staff make sure that there are no raiders so that the discord is not being spammed with messages. The staff also make sure that there is no arguments going around. Arguments are meant to be personal and ALWAYS IM DM’S. They also make sure the chat is squeaky clean!

Second, (this is my opinion on the kenos discord servers staff). The kenos is a good server, while not perfect, it’s a nice place in there and that’s mainly due to its staff team. Personally I think the staff do way more that the actual “kenos” because there actually active.

A perfect example of a great staff is @Unknown68D_. He has proven to me that not all staff are total assholes. Why, it’s because he’s a fun admin. He may not be all that active, but when he is. He interacts with even the most stubborn of people. I’m guilty of being a dickhead to-

Him. But I have learned that he is a great person. I may not be personal friends with him but he is probably the best staff in the kenos.

Third, I know this from personal experience is when your not treated with respect. Now yes a discord servers staff member may not be all that nice. But PLEASE treat them with respect. I have had cases were I was insulted and people wanted me out of my OWN discord server.

Fourth. Staff are always portrayed as this person with all the power, but that’s not true. These staff are always what keeps servers owners from being stressed.

This is just a thread about staff in discord servers. I also want to state that not all staff are good. Thanks to @Unknown68D_ for giving me a reason to start to respect staff and treat them like normal people! Have a nice day.
