I know colleges and universities are in a precarious spot, but the Boston area suffered terribly back in March and April. We worked hard for our communities.

Should we be opening our campuses back up to states not willing to sacrifice for their own communities, let alone ours?
Remember these are just freshmen numbers. I put no blame on students for these decisions to reopen campuses. I do think these schools need to ask what they owe ~5M people who live in Greater Boston before they bring tens of thousands of students in from out of state.
