Pentagon are more than just shine; a thread
I know yall have been conditioned by stantwt to believe that pentagons only "good" song is shine but that simply is not true!
For example: Spring Snow

Spring snow is a fan favorite! It's about what happened while they were filming shine which is why they incorporated shine choreo! Its upbeat and fun and Universe thinks it'd be the perfect anime opening :)
Like This:

Easily one of their best title tracks. The lyrics are so comforting and the vocals on the track are AMAZING but we don't expect anything less from the nations vocalists
Basquiat:

The title comes from an artist by the name of "Jean-Michel Basquiat" whose art challenged society's values and standards. This song encourages those who have been marginalized and oppressed to speak up and speak out
The Black Hall:

There's this weird misconception that Pentagon can only pull off cute concepts. NOT TRUE. They are as versatile as any other group and can easily pull off dark/sexy concepts. The black hall is proof of that
Violet:

There's also this misconception that Hyo (once known as edawn) was the only writer in the group. again, NOT TRUE. All of them are lyricists! Violet is written by Kino and he and yuto have soundclouds where they release their self composed music!
Shower of Rain:

Yet another song that displays just how good Pentagon's vocal line is. It highlights each members strong points and is just a damn good song give it a listen
Till... :

Pentagon also have THE BEST ballads. This one was sung by ballad unit that consists of Hongseok, Yanan, Changgu, Shinwon and Jinho.

Yanan's high note >>>
Seasons:

Their Japanese tracks are superior and are such beautiful songs with the most amazing and heartfelt lyrics. Seasons is written by Pentagon's Japanese member Yuto and is personally my favorite Japanese track aside from Happiness :)
Happiness:

Another Japanese track of theirs that I mentioned in the tweet above! This one is straight serotonin! From the set to the lyrics and the choreo, its just overall a good ole time :') and yep you guessed it, its a fan favorite.
Lost Paradise:

LP is performed by hip hop unit which consists of Wooseok, Yuto, Kino and Hui! This one converted A LOT of people to join the fandom. That's how powerful it is
Always Difficult, Always Beautiful:

Technically it isn't a ptg song BUT it is written by Kino and Wooseok (members of ptg) and Wooseok performs it! Some of the lyrics are inspired by the black mirror episode san juniper that focuses on a lesbian couple
