Can we just take a second to appreciate “Days Gone By?” The helicopter..... the tank.... everything about this is an amazing introduction to the series. Still one of the best episodes and it has held up all this time. Wow I LOVE #TheWalkingDead

Almost done with Season 1 and forgot how amazing Episodes 3/4 are!! Ahhh it’s so hard to pick favorites.

Just wrapped up Season 1 the nostalgia is real! Here’s my ranking of the episodes..... what’s your list?

The first part of Season 2 is actually great! This scene where Rick hangs up his outfit and puts that part of his life behind him devastates me. Then this is followed up with Lori finding out that she’s pregnant. The tension is so good! #TheWalkingDead

Dale is an absolute legend. I have to make a compilation of his best moments! Side note: Chupacabra (1x05, this episode) is phenomenal

I’m not crying.... you’re crying.

Everything about Shane in season 2 irritates the heck out of me. I know how it all ends, but I still root for his downfall through every episode. @jonnybernthal does a phenomenal job with the character but gosh I hate him! #TheWalkingDead

Hershel: “Do us both a favor and keep your mouth shut!”

YES. Stand up!

This conversation between Rick and Lori is amazing. The way it sets up for the final episodes is so ominous and the tension is very real. One of my favorite scenes of Season 2! Now go put a bullet in Shane.

A quick rant: Season 2 just makes me so angry. Why does it take 12 episodes for Shane to die? And why are they so mean to Randall??? Jeez!

Did Dale’s final episode just make me cry for the 5 millionth time? Yes. The first major death on the show comes in such a frustrating way. The good guy... the moral compass.... always has to die! “I’m sorry, brother.”

We all know where this is going things get SO REAL these last few episodes

One more episode. The Season 2 Finale. I’m somehow not emotionally ready.

Done with the second season! Also checking out some of the deleted scenes, which is an awesome part of the DVD experience. #TheWalkingDead

The first episode of Season 3 (“Seed”), is a completely different tone for the series and easily the most straight forward episode so far! It’s dark, quiet, and suspenseful.... I love it!

Hello, Governor! Season 3 gets juicy really fast.

It’s so obvious that the Governor can’t be trusted, even when he’s trying NOT to be suspicious. But Andrea is all for him. WHY?

Next episode is “Killer Within.” Oh god..... I’m not ready to relive this. Pray for me. #TheWalkingDead

3x04. That number has always haunted my nightmares. It’s such a dark episode but so beautifully executed. #TheWalkingDead

You see those tears? I tried to prepare myself for this but I just couldn’t. When Rick said that there way no way we could be ready.... he was right. Darkness. The Killer Within, man. What an episode.

Michonne is one bad apple! No wonder she turned into a fan favorite character.

How could you not love Season 3 with scenes like this? It’s amazing!

Almost forgot all about the Season 3 mid-finale of #TheWalkingDead! Behold, the introduction of Tyrese, one of my favorite characters....

Deep. This season really shows that the real threat isn’t the Dead, it’s the people still alive.

The Governor’s ambush on the prison comes out of nowhere! #TheWalkingDead has a tendency to get intense real quick.

Back to my rewatch. To think that all Andrea had to do was lower the knife. For real though, this show haunts me with cliffhangers! It’s EVERY episode now onto “Clear” (3x12) a phenomenal episode and Morgan’s return!

Fun fact: this scene with Tyrese and Sasha in 3x14 is the first scene I ever remember watching! It’s been quite a while...

Every time I watch Season 3 of #TheWalkingDead... one thing remains true. I absolutely hate the Governor with every bone in my body. He’s twisted, and all around terrifying. A perfect execution of a villain in a post apocalyptic world!

Michael Rooker does a phenomenal job with Merle, and he’s such an effective character. Especially in the second half of Season 3!

Glenn just talked to Hershel about marrying Maggie. And this is the episode where Merle dies. I can’t take all this emotion #TheWalkingDead

“In this life... you kill or you die.” The opening scene of the Season 3 finale is brilliant, but the same can be said about the entire episode. It’s just so beautifully directed and a huge point in the story..... Andrea’s death is very menacing and it absolutely devastates me.

Seaosn 3 was a whole experience! Such an emotional roller coaster and full of phenomenal character development. Now onto one of my favorite seasons, but first.... here are the top 8 episodes of #TheWalkingDead Season 3!

I will say one thing before I start tweeting about Season 4. TWD has ruined helicopters for me. Whenever I hear on in real life, I get PTSD. Thanks Rick!

Season 4 kicks off in such a crazy way. Everything is different and it’s a lot to take in at once. But you are back on that roller coaster by the end of the episode! Also love that Hershel references “Too Far Gone,” the name of his death episode.

Two episodes in and it’s all coming back to me on why I love the fourth season. I wish I could explain it all.... I just can’t. But there’s lots of little details that matter. Like these episode titles. Genius!

“You breathe, you risk your life.” This whole quarantine thing in season 4 feels a little too real.

The first few episodes of Season 4 all feel like dragged out action thrillers, but it’s totally worth it because of the amazing moments that you get! #TheWalkingDead

Just when you’ve started to get comfortable with the way things are, the Governor is back and season 4 takes a completely different turn. And his return episode is really well done

Season 4, episode 8. Too Far Gone. Such an iconic episode and Hershel’s death is a huge part of that. Absolutely devastating! RIP... that goes to Hershel Greene and Scott Wilson.

Rick and Carl thinking that Judith is dead is another scene that gets me every time. So much emotion here. And then they walk off with the destruction behind them. And the episode ends in silence. Beautiful #TheWalkingDead #TooFarGone

“After” (4x09) is a great episode and Michonne is an important part of that. We get our first look at who she was in the past and it comes from nowhere. Deep stuff....

“It’s for you.” what a way to end the mid-season premiere #TheWalkingDead

The reveal of Judith still being alive was brilliant. In fact, this whole episode.... (4x10) “Inmates” is all around brilliant. One of my favorite episodes of the season. The aftermath of the prison and the way it’s structured is just another reason to love Season 4!

This ending will forever live in my mind as the most cartoony introduction in #TheWalkingDead history, but I love it! This episode is *french kiss*

The relationship between Daryl and Beth is super compelling. These scenes break me! Another one of the best episodes of all time.

The intro of “Alone” (4x13) is really well done... and same goes to this entire episode. Ernest Dickerson may just be... and I say this with full confidence..... one of the best directors to ever sit in #TheWalkingDead chair!

Next up is one of the most iconic episodes ever. Here we go....

Welcome to Terminus! Yikes... for a second I had hope, then remembered how fast things go downhill.

Just like many of the best #TheWalkingDead moments, the way Rick handles the claimers in the season 4 finale is forever engraved in my memory. This whole episode was phenomenal, but it’s most recognizable for being the episode that MADE Rick Grimes. Or at least changed him...

Season 5 is up next!!! But first: here’s my reaction to Season 4:

The big reunion really makes the Season 5 premiere for me! And then we get to see Morgan again in the first ever #TheWalkingDead post credits scene.

“TAINTEEEEDDDD MEAAAT”

Laurence Gilliard Jr, as Bob... a legend! Seriously though, I don’t know what to think of Season 5, but I DO know that it doesn’t hold back.

They build up Bob in Season 4, then he’s just gone a season later. Goes to show that you can’t be attached...

This whole hospital thing is a mess!! But can we give a round of applause to Emily Kinney as Beth

The character work behind this show is just phenomenal. And the drama is getting DEEP! #TheWalkingDead

It’s not hard to understand what Abraham is going through on this trip to DC. His character is one of my favorite parts of Season 5!

5x08. “Coda.” This episode kicks off with Rick’s most savage moment yet, and ends with Beth’s emotional death scene. I would say WOW but it’s directed by @TheRealErnestD so I’m not surprised that it’s so good! #TheWalkingDead classic

“What Happened and What’s Going On” is very artistic and stylized, which makes sense because it’s directed by Greg Nicotero. Completely different tone for the show, but easily the best midseason premiere so far! No better director to tackle Tyrese’s death. “I’m a struggling man.”

There have been some killer speeches on #TheWalkingDead, but this one will forever be one of my favorites!

In fact, this whole episode is just so solid! Seeing everyone broken pulls at my heart strings.

Just saying, never once did I not trust Aaron. He’s evolved into one of my favorite characters. I get why Rick was a jerk to him at first, but nobody can hate him now. He’s awesome!

RIP Rick’s beard. Biggest loss of the whole series!!

Side note — this episode, “Remember” is one of my least favorite of the whole series. I don’t know why, I just don’t like it.

#TheWalkingDead was practically screaming at us about the upcoming Wolf arch. There are references everywhere!

Can we talk about how creative #TheWalkingDead gets with episode titles? It’s the little things that count!

While I can’t say that I love everything about the Alexandria arch, watching as these characters slowly start to trust this place and fade into what their lives are is GOLD! Lots of good stuff in this second half of season 5.

Glenn just watched Noah die. Things really start to go downhill in these last few episodes of Season 5!!

Lots of huge character changes stuffed into season 5! Sasha loses a lot in little time, and becomes blind to anything but that pain. Meanwhile, Rick becomes a more justified verison of Shane and all around crazy #TheWalkingDead

This is the face that Morgan makes when stuff (and thangs) is about to go down! That’s what “Conquer,” the seaosn 5 finale is all about. Pure, unforgettable chaos. Great episode!

Watching through some of the Season 5 featurettes, I’m realizing that I’ve somehow been spelling Tyreese’s name wrong all this time. I’m ashamed seriously though, the show runners just brought up a huge reason why I love this show. There’s no formula. deaths are curveballs!

Jumping into Season 6 soon, but first: here’s my favorite episodes from season 5!! This 10 season ranking is going to be super difficult

Not huge on the season 6 premiere. Some fun moments and an interesting cliffhanger. But things really take a turn in episode 2. WOW! #TheWalkingDead

Just a few more thoughts on “JSS” which is really great by the way. LENNIE JAMES AS MORGAN is phenomenal. He’s been perfect for the character since the start and has consistently been one of the best performers on the show. @RealLennieJames #TheWalkingDead

When I tell you that this short scene with Aaron broke me, I mean it.

Oh, and Just Survive Somehow. My soul leaves my body everytime I see that letter. So well executed!

4 episodes in and remembering how GOOD Season 6 is! These were the times when we didn’t know rather or not Glenn was dead. I love #TheWalkingDead so much!

Maggie’s pregnant. If anything, this season belongs to Glenn and Maggie. These two bring the show to a whole new level and I love it!
