So I got sent an email saying I had suspicious activity on my account... which I was confused about as I was banned... obviously

I got sent to a live chat with Charles who basically said I just needed to confirm that there was no suspicious activity on my account and I just had to reset my password

When I asked him why it got banned in the first place he told me that because of the suspicious activity they had to ban it, but I can prevent this by basically turning on notifications when there is suspicious activity on my account and for me to deal with it myself

To add this you need to go to billing and account, when that tab opens up there’s a security option, after you press that it should ask if you want to turn the notifications on and from there it’s quite straight forward! I hope you guys do this as Charles highly recommends it
