others who want to improve can go for a reexam but you should pass all with 50% marks.. so that these equal increament of marks wont effect anyone's credibility .. so that those want to score more can attend exams later on.. 2/n
You can give provisional certificates to finl year students.And ask them to attend exams later on if want better marks along with students from intermediate year/sem,Year back,OTE Scheme and all others who will also be trying to score better marks in reexam

But Postponing exams or even conducting exams in this peak time of pandemic is something irrational.. for god sake you should give more thought on this.. our life are not test subjects.
