There’s a lot I wanna say about how it took a black man dying under national media coverage for me to even get a sliver of attention and how quickly that faded from a lot of people when the media and the TL stopped talking about it.

I debated on saying this for like 3 days at the cost of sounding like I’m whining or something, but it’s not that at all. It’s just wild how people thought $4.99 for one month would suddenly just make things miraculously better.

I was never in this for money or recognition, and I definitely didn’t keep going chasing those things it was clear I wasn’t going to get. It’s just very upsetting to see so many people think that they’ve solved the worlds issues with one small deed. This shit still crazy.
