You do at least 500 different things every day

Would you say that all of them are reflective of who you are?

Hell no you wouldn't

You would identify with a few values, concepts, or activities

That you think make up the "real you"

But do they though?

If you've been following me for a while

You know that I hate the idea behind the word "hustle"

For two key reasons

1) You cannot be "hustling" every second of the clock
2) Your "hustle" is not supposed to be your life.
The whole point of the "hustle"

is to achieve another Twitter buzzword

Called "freedom"

But I ask you

Are you really free

If you don't know who you yourself are?
You CAN:

-Watch Netflix
-Play video games
-Drink occasionally(just ask @AyAy_Ron69)

And have FUN.

You SHOULD, in fact.

But you need to develop your core.

I don't just mean your core muscles...

(though you should do that too!)
- What drives you to wake up early?
- What's the one thing that you wish you could accomplish?
- What's the thing your brain wanders to passively?

Chances are

That's what you stand for at the core

NEVER let others automate these things.

This is what YOU're meant to do.
The truth is, time is finite.

You can't fully explore the depths of life,

And you're going to be a consumer for some of it.

Anyone who says otherwise is selling you bullshit.

But a good metric is

If you wish you could do it

Invest in learning it! NOT paying someone for it!
Now, on the subject of time...

A funny thing

When I was being tutored for the ACT

Us students were ALWAYS told to go with our gut, our first impression.

That's because it's subconsciously the answer we're going to get to

Saving us time and energy to focus on harder problems
Which is what you should be doing in your life as well.

Take all the time you need to identify your mission/core

But know that it's probably already staring at you in some way

And you just haven't found the means to unlock it yet

I'll give an example of mine...
Truth is,

I don't know fully just yet!

But I know at my core

It's creating, exploring, and learning.

The CEL method

As my favorite(and most helpful!) teacher called it.

I love learning things

Exploring the depth of it

And adding my own twist on them
So I know my life mission has to include these three things

In some particular fashion.

If you don't know what field you want to apply them to yet,

Then first consider what speaks to you.

Do you love researching things?

Do you love talking to other people?

THINK ON IT!
All of this can come through self-reflection/analysis

I find that talking to others about your purpose can help,

But ONLY if you've hit a roadblock 1st.

You need to come with a sketch,

So someone can help you realize the full picture.

They can't draw you without a reference.
