OK, hypothetically, what _would_ the options be in the UK for a trans person with regrets about certain aspects of GRS?

I'm not saying I actually do, I'm saying I'm interested in knowing what options would be open

To be crystal clear what I'm talking about here is some level of reversal of GRS. I'm not after a revision op to make my cunt look better lmao

I also don't want full blown reversion, just to be clear
