Apparently, the @NJ_MVC purged our son's written test score because he didn't get his license before March 16th (the day they closed down due to COVID) and it didn't expire between March 1 and 16, or after the 17th.
The fact that they let him take the road test the 13th apparently isn't enough to prove that he passed the test.
Now he will have to retake the written test (that he obviously passed since they gave him a learner's license and the road test) but they aren't doing them currently.
They say they "can't make an exception," and that if it had been any day but March 16th it wold have been ok. Is this a programming issue? Any thoughts on who we should contact that can help?? @GovMurphy
If anyone would amplify this thread, a young adult who just wants to get his license so that he can move on with his life and his career would really thank you.
