Apparently, the @NJ_MVC purged our son& #39;s written test score because he didn& #39;t get his license before March 16th (the day they closed down due to COVID) and it didn& #39;t expire between March 1 and 16, or after the 17th.
The fact that they let him take the road test the 13th apparently isn& #39;t enough to prove that he passed the test.
Now he will have to retake the written test (that he obviously passed since they gave him a learner& #39;s license and the road test) but they aren& #39;t doing them currently.

They say they "can& #39;t make an exception," and that if it had been any day but March 16th it wold have been ok. Is this a programming issue? Any thoughts on who we should contact that can help?? @GovMurphy
If anyone would amplify this thread, a young adult who just wants to get his license so that he can move on with his life and his career would really thank you.
