You must not think ill of others,my child; it is the suffering that one has caused others that rebounds on oneself ;if you wish to ascend the throne like Uttama,you should worship the lotus feet of Adhokshaja; It was by cleaving to 2/n

2/n those feet of the Lord that the Unborn(Brahma)attained the highest of positions. Likewise,it was by worshipping Him with one pointed devotion,that your grandfather, Manu,attained supreme happiness,gaining lordship of the Earth,the joys of heaven and liberation. Therefore,3/n

3/n my child,take refuge in Him Who loves His faithful servants,while the track of His lotus feet has to be assiduously sought by aspirants to liberation.Establish Him,the Supreme Lord,in your heart,devoted wholly to Him,and give yourself to His worship.I can think of none 4/n

4/n other than Him of the lotus eyes,who can dispel your grief.
Narada to Dhruva: Concentrate on the Supreme Lord. Conjure Him up before the mind's eye as the Refuge of the suppliant, the Saviour and Lord of compassion,infinite as the ocean,distinguished by the Srivatsa mark 5/n
