so i was never really sure where to share this but i wanted people to see it. this is a letter/collage made by my great great aunt Bessie, the sister of my great great grandma Jewell (my middle-name-sake). my grandma gave these to me a few years ago. 1/3

i was finally able to scan them today and it’s made me so emotional. these were made in the mid 70s I believe but look like they could’ve been made yesterday. i love to collage so these have always made me feel very close to the women in my family. 2/3
