Israel's annexation of Palestinian West Bank and Trump's Deal of the century:-

[1] Turkey President Erdogan showing the growth of Israel at the expense of Palestinian lands overtime from Israel's formation in 1948 to present day.
[2] The orange in the map below represents Israel and the yellow represents Palestinian lands. The map on the right shows a yellow portion called West Bank and a small strip of land along the coast known as Gaza strip.
The map on the right shows multiple small brown spots in the West Bank. These are illegal Israeli settlements which have been built by Israel and a significant Jewish population is settled here illegally.

[3] If the Trump's Deal of the century is brought into effect,
(a) Israel will annex all these illegal settlements and make it part of Israel, thus internationally legalizing this settlement.
To compensate for this loss of
land, Israel will give Palestinians a portion of land south of Gaza strip, as can be seen in the right map.
(b) Jerusalem will become the undivided capital of Israel. Earlier, under two state Israel - Palestine solution, East Jerusalem was to become the capital of a future Palestinian state, and West Jerusalem to be the capital of Israel.

US has already shifted its embassy to
Jerusalem which was previously situated at Tel Aviv.

(c) Palestinians will have to accept Israel as a Jewish state.

[4] Under the present deal, the possibility of a future Palestinian state is almost negligible, even though US and Israel wants you to believe otherwise.
[5] This deal is in line with the Israel's long term plan and every zionist's ultimate dream of a Greater Israel replicating the old Kingdom of Israel established under its first king David(PBUH) roughly 300 years after Moses(PBUH).
[6] Greater Israel will include Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, parts of Iraq as far as Euphrates, parts of Egypt east of the Nile including the religiously important Mount Sinai, and a huge chunk of present day Saudi Arabia, thus basically a modern version of the Kingdom of Israel.
[7] Now, all of the muslim world except Pakistan, Turkey, Iran and some small states are either openly or tacitly supporting the Israeli stand, turning a blind eye to Palestinian grievances.

[8] As far as the international organisations and European countries are concerned,
France, Germany and the international bodies like UN as expected have *criticized*, *slammed* Israel's annexation plans of West Bank. Obviously, apart from mere tokenism, there is nothing to see here.

[9] The catholic nations have historically maintained a neutral stand on this
issue because of their shared animosity for both Islam and the *evil* Judaism, who still hold jews responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus Christ(PBUH).

[10] Now as far as the protestant world is concerned, especially the Christian evangelist groups dominating US, they
have long made their favorable stand towards Israel clear.
This is partially due to the fact that among the protestants, especially evangelists, their interpretations of the Bible make them believe that the 2nd coming of Jesus, the resurrection of Jesus Christ(PBUH) won't happen
until the 12 tribes of Israel are brought in from all the corners of the world and settled in the biblical promised land of Israel, followed by the construction of the 3rd Temple in Jerusalem(Temple Mount), which was demolished by Titus Roman in 70 CE, and hasn't been rebuilt
since then. The jews also believe that the the site of the original temple which was demolished is the site where in present times, the Al Aqsa mosque/Dome of the Rock stands.
Jews also believe that the Hackel of Solomon and other artefacts of religious significance to jews
are buried under the foundations of the Al Aqsa mosque. Thus, for the construction of the 3rd Temple, Al Aqsa must be razed to the ground, the land excavated to find the buried Hackel and other artefacts.
This has made the Al Aqsa a major issue of confrontation between jews and
Muslims who consider this to be the holiest and 3rd holiest site respectively.
During the tenure of Golda Meyer, Al Aqsa was burnt down. It was later restored, but tensions over the site have refused to die down.
[11] Now coming to the politics, West Bank is ruled by a moderate group "Palestinian authority" headed by Mahmoud Abbas which has some diplomatic relations with Israel.
The Gaza strip on the other hand is ruled by a rebel group called Hamas which has been in a perpetual state
of war with Israel. International organisations and most of the world including the West have declared Hamas to be a terr0rist organisation, while recognizing Mahmoud Abbas led PA as the sole representative of Palestinians.
The Israel have kept the Hamas ruled Gaza strip
under blockade, making it the biggest open air prison in the world.
Israel democratically elects its govt, and is now being run by Benjamin Netanyahu, of the centre right Likud party, while the president is from a right wing party.
Netanyahu has been facing trial
for multiple corruption charges and his popularity among Israelis has drastically plummetted. Hence, this annexation plan of west Bank perfectly acts as a distraction from the corruption charges, and in the process helping to regain his popularity among the Israelis.
[12] In Lebanon, a Shia rebel group called Hezbollah backed by Iran is another cause of concern for Israel. There have been regular minor skirmishes between Israeli forces and Hezbollah rebels.
Notably, Israel went for an all out war with Hezbollah in 2006.
Although the Israeli forces way superior to Hezbollah managed to do considerable damage to Hezbollah, but the consistent firing of rockets from the Hezbollah deep inside Israeli territories brought the war to a stalemate and a ceasefire. This was seen as a morale boosting
*victory* by Hezbollah, and it's popularity in the region soared.
Hezbollah has also been declared a terr0rist organisation worldwide, but happens to be the last ally of Iran in the West Asia following the fall of Assad's Syria.
[13] Recently, details of a closed door meeting between diplomats of Arab worlds, US and Israel was leaked in which the Arab diplomats could be heard calling the need to counter Iran as more important than the Palestinian issue.
