This one is a hint to their disappearing memories and their struggle to recall their own past. They see only faint scraps, but as the two sides get closer, it becomes clearer and in focus.

Talks about how this time, they let the Levanter wind carry them - on their wings from Blueprint. They let their heart guide them.

"I can see even when i close my eyes, hear even when i block my ears." - Minho in HS

vs. Minho in Blueprint blindfolded, everyone but Jeongin covering their ears form the ringing noise in Levanter as they approach the gates.

Hello Stranger is a more determined approach than I am You, following Close and Slump. A callout to the other selves SKZ are now fully aware exist, and are mirrors to their own lives. The stranger isn't the person they approach - It's a question of how well SKZ know themselves.
