This story was personal for me because I am seven months pregnant and could relate to much of what these women shared.

I have been thinking a lot about this poem by @maggiesmithpoet which is one of my favorites: https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/89897/good-bones">https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/898...
I read that the baby can hear things now and if I play a song enough she might recognize it when she& #39;s on the outside + be comforted.

idk if that& #39;s true, but in case it is every night I go to bed w/ a speaker against my stomach playing Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World.”
The world does not seem so wonderful right now, and on days when that gets me down I think about Maggie& #39;s poem:

"This place could be beautiful,
right? You could make this place beautiful."
#maternalhealth #mentalhealth is more important than ever and talking about it is an important step in reducing stigma associated with acknowledging you need help and seeking it out.
