1. Some news which I don’t believe has been reported yet.
Edgar Maddison Welch, the North Carolina man who fired his AR-15 inside a Washington DC pizza restaurant after wrongly believing the false conspiracy theory known as pizzagate, was released from federal prison on May 28

2. Welch had fall down a rabbit hole on the internet of conspiracy theories involving the Comet Ping Pong Pizzeria in DC and that there was a pedophilia and child trafficking ring being run out of the pizzeria (there was no such thing).
3. Welch tried to organize friends to join him to investigate but ended up driving up from North Carolina on his own armed with an AR-15 & a handgun. He entered brandishing his AR-15 & patrons/staff quickly fled. He ended up firing several times inside but didn& #39;t injure anyone
4. Welch quickly realized there was no child trafficking ring inside the pizzeria and surrendered to authorities. He was almost immediately contrite and realized he had made a big mistake according to authorities and public statements he made.
