Sorry I've had a lot going on so havnt been working out as much! Over half half way to my primary target now and just did a 1hr 1/2 workout on the treadmill and covered around 6k! Now all hot and sweaty so need to jump in the shower! Xxxx

1 hr workout today but covered 7k as had the speed higher! Legs feel like jelly but loving the post workout personal best feeling after! Find out how much I've lost this week tomorrow! Hopefully more than last week!

No workout last few days days but Tuesday had inline hockey training (in Boi mode(as a netminder(goalie))) yesterday achieved over 25000 steps which was about 15 km through the day and today I've done 15000 steps so far and that was with nearly KO ing myself earlier! Xxxxxxxxxxx

Only managed 30 mins today gutted! But I had to listen to my body and it didn't want to do more. I learnt a few year back to listen to my body when excersicing as I didn't and ended up collapsing in the middle of the gym! Oh well I find out if I'm down 2 1/2 stone tomoz

Late night workout as had a friend drop in when I normally work out 1 hr and 5 k hey at least its a workout!

Btw I hit target so only 1 1/2 St to go for primary xx

OK been a bit quite on this thread recently as was two weeks of a 1lbs per week then a maintain week however this week dropped 3lbs and I'm buzzing as I expected to maintain again! 1st 1lbs off of main target now! Xxxx
