Eliminating #COVID19 is not feasible any time soon.

While #COVID19 elimination is a laudable endeavour, it is not happening here in the pre-vaccine era. We can focus on more realistic public health measures & more honest messaging about the virus while walking that tightrope between public health/safety and re-opening the economy.

When we have a vaccine, even if it has moderate efficacy, elimination is a muuuuuuuuuuch more realistic option.
