Kuboyasu:
His name is a pun on the japanese pronunciation of clairvoyance which is kureaboyansu
Teruhashi Kokomi:
Kokomi is derived from "to see the heart" (心を見る, Kokoro o miru) and Teruhashi is only a sorta pun on the japanese pronunciation of telepathy which is terepashii
