Interactive Stone @StoneInteract have caused quite a controversy in Romania because they chose to tackle the Orthodox church there in their excellent horror adventure, Gray Dawn https://store.steampowered.com/app/747360/Gray_Dawn/
A Romanian-started one-person studio turned publisher and international game development studio, @someawesomeguys have created @moveordiegame but they also helped publish @monsterprom and @FloppyKnights https://thoseawesomeguys.com/

Led by @elanaiba and @gosamihai, Killhouse Games @inthekillhouse is one of the first successful Romanian independent game developers. Sand Sailor Studios are responsible for 2 great games and are a studio started by graduates from the best art & animation universities in the country.

Critique Gaming @Critique_Gaming are one of the more internationally-recognised studios hailing from Romania. It was great to see the growth of @UnboundTheGame by Alien Pixel, from a graybox prototype on Facebook to a fully funded on Kickstarter and Very Positive game on Steam (and now GOG) https://store.steampowered.com/app/1234810/Unbound_Worlds_Apart_Prologue/
