Really enjoyed watching Space Force on @NetflixUK.
I was just expecting silliness, and there was plenty of that, but there was also some subtle writing, with character arcs that really drew me in.

The real surprise for me was F*ck Tony, the media consultant. I liked how he went from being a pain in the ass who just disrupts everything to being part of the team.
I've got time for F*ck Tony now, whereas before I'd have happily filmed him falling down a flight of stairs.

Also, it's good how it doesn't all centre around General Naird. All the characters are whole people, with their own stuff going on. I like that in a series.
No Henchman Number One stuff going on here.

And John Malkovich as the voice of reason is really great. Gave me some proper laugh out loud moments.
Loving the dynamic between him and General Naird too. Some genuine mutual respect has grown between those two.

Looking forward to the next series. Space Force still has a lot of laughs to give I reckon.

I should have giffed this thread up, shouldn't I.
