Let me try to get this straight. 1. You destroy a contract with your employees 2. You dictate that you will now pay your employees less and restrict how much they can work (leading to them not being able to pay their own employees
2/ or their rent, or their bills for equipment they need to do their job) 3. Then you say mean things about them, and yell at them, and tell lies about them to everyone

4. When they give notice that they do not want to work for you any more you threaten them some more and tell them they can be replaced right away anyway, in fact 'here is this app that will replace them so easily' and also 'look at these job postings for their specific job' 5

Then when they are starting to walk out the door you force them to continue working.
Or what? You will take away the job they were trying to escape in the first place? You will lie about them some more? You will try to destroy the work they are doing for their patients?

And this is all during a time that the public needs your employees more than ever.
