Coast Gaurd is also supposed to be here and we know FBI is probably doing more surveillance and plain clothed work. All are considered "Police". My understanding is no national gaurd has been present in about a month. We have had State, County and Portland Police out.

Here is the Department of Homeland Security Organizational chart. Most feds are DHS or US Marshals. Trump's DHS Special Response team to protect statues consists of Coast Gaurd, FPS, HSI and CBP. #PortlandProtest
