Today's adventure was a beef stir fry with udon noodles and a yolo sauce - soy, dark soy, Shaoxing wine, brown sugar, corn starch (to thicken it a bit), pepper. It turned out... ok? Ratio of noodles to everything else was off as usual, I always forget to just throw 2 blocks in.

Dutch oven arrived yesterday (PRETTY BLUE), celebrating by making a big batch of beef stew today. House smells amazing but there's still hours to go 😑
