Name a movie you had no idea was gonna be THAT good.

I’m happy how the answers to this one are more all over the place.

But can we just agree that *everyone* was expecting The LEGO Movie to suck? My god that was probably the biggest surprise of the decade.

- Mad Max Fury Road
- Crawl
- Little Women (2019)

- The Andy Serkis Apes movies

You know what's shocking to me about the responses in this thread? The amount of people who thought Mad Max: Fury Road would be bad, based on the trailers.

HOW? Those are some of the best edited, badass, adrenaline-pumped trailers ever created!

OKAY here's another one. Who thought a movie based on a theme park ride about pirates was gonna be THAT good???

No one has yet mentioned 21 Jump Street btw.
Another crazy surprise. Same with the sequel.

Also NO ONE has mentioned Kung Fu Panda.
Probably the biggest surprise DreamWorks has ever put out.
