I'm sure that the 'videographer' now turned social media manager/whatever else gets thrown at Mike is probably trying to do his best to keep the branding alive.

This brand was something the entire staff and players were proud of.

From @MayoGraphics to @fonzays, they made sure that anything that got put out, was nothing but world class.

From @TheJellyBellyy to @bugsinmypockets, they made sure the socials was world class.
Now I can't even look at the socials. It feels like start up orgs have better branding.

Want a lesson learnt? INVEST. IN. YOUR. FUCKING. STAFF.

Invest doesn't just mean throwing money at them. Invest in their career. Give them a reason to be excited to wake up in the morning.
If you don't know how to develop your staff or have that conversation, find a "leader" who can ENABLE them to bring out their best where it counts.

Watching a brand you once love slowly deteriorating is truly a feels bad moment.
