imo iranian lives matter feels kind of insensitive to blmšŸ˜
FIRST OF ALL iranians in iran have and will NEVER go through the pain and suffering and oppression that black people in america experienced for the past 400 years.
SECOND OF ALL iranian lives obviously never mattered to the outside world. but now when 3 young men are sentenced to execution the entire world erupts??? where was this energy for the countless number of bahais who have been imprisooned, tortured and killed since the 1800s
you canā€™t pick and choose your activism. itā€™s not just bahais, itā€™s journalists, climate activists, WOMEN, gay people, and so many other groups. just one month ago the iranian government arrested like 71 bahais and everyone wasšŸ˜“šŸ˜“šŸ˜“my own grandfather was imprisoned and
tortured for being a bahai and my cousin was expelled from med school because heā€™s one. bahais have literally no rights in iran and this is really just upsetting because NO ONE IN THE OUTSIDE WORLD CARES OR EVEN KNOWS!!!!!
and now you could be saying ā€œleva, these people are gonna be executed, thatā€™s why people are mad.ā€ and to that i would say YES. it makes sense, BUT the rest of the world didnā€™t care when MONA MAHMUDNIZHAD WAS HUNG AT THE AGE OF SEVENTEEN ALONG WITH NINE OTHER BAHAI WOMEN
iā€™m just mad that people donā€™t/didnā€™t CARE.
mona was a 17 year old bahaā€™i community service leader. she kidnapped, tourtured, and killed by the iranian government. remember her and make them pay.
ok ty for listening to my rant sorry iā€™m madā¤ļø
