Cryptocurrency is a decent idea in theory that is currently under control by absolute morons.

if *I* hacked Twitter I would have all these popular accounts point to my Patreon.
Twitter would be like "well, it's obviously you" and I would say "a little TOO obvious, don't ya think?" and they'd say "Yeah you're right" and I'd be off their suspect list forever.
